Rates
In Season:
1 Dec 2018 - 15 Jan 2019 R 370 per person per night.
Out of Season:
Rest of the year
14 Jan 2018 - 30 Nov 2018 R 350 per person per night.
Minimum stay of 2 nights + 4 people
A 50% deposit is required for all bookings.
A R400 key/breakages deposit is required at check in and will be reimbursed upon departure.
Check in is between 15:00-19:00.
Check out is strictly 10:00.
Cancellations:
• In season: 3 weeks before date of arrival there will be no refund of the deposit unless we manage to fill the booking.
• 3 months before date of arrival, 90% is refunded
• 1 month before, 60% is refunded
• 2 weeks before, 30% is refunded
• 1 week before date of arrival there will be no refund on the deposit
Terms and Conditions:
• No booking is confirmed until the deposit is received
• Extra person other than the ones booked will be charged for
• Please note DSTV family package is supplied, if you would like the Premium package an extra R20 per day will be charged . Please advise when making your booking.
• We are pet friendly , but charge a once off cleaning fee of R150.
